Instructions for First-Time CIR Statement Registrations:

Please contact our office to send you an email with the link to register for CIR Statements and your unique Access Code
Click on the link provided within the email
Enter the Access Code when prompted - This code will expire in 24 hours
Review the User Agreement and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the screen
Create your User Name and Password as well as complete your profile information

Returning CIR Statement Users:

Click on Account Login to be redirected to the CIR Statements website
Enter your User ID and select Continue
Enter your Password and select Login
